  Place the jewelry in its original RAVIPA gift box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included in the package.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our headquarters using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 7-10 business days.
